  I love B-Dubs. But this location, not so much. It was not busy at all. So the waitress took our order. Did not write it down at all, and yes, I k ow there are some out there that are good like that. So we ordered wings. All 3 of us. 30 mins goes by, we recieved our food. Except my wife did not recieve wings. She recieved a sampler platter. Nothing remotely close to what she ordered. The wedges were Luke warm. Daughters wings sauce was supposed to be on the side. Im mot sure of the people working there was mad because its Mother's day, and I know people can be resentful because of that and have the "i dont care attitude"... The waitress was nice, but that doesnt help the fact you messed up our order almost completely...

  I think we got food poisoning!!! There was only a few tables and we waiting over an hour for our food it was five of us our orders were simple . My food was cold i sent it back they must’ve put it on the microwave and tossed it in more sauce and brought it back out. The wings were soo hard i could barely chew . Our waitress seemed overwhelmed and forgetful . She was a mixed girl with blonde hair . Also the next day everyone had diarrhea….

  To start with, I'm a restaurant Operations Manager. I often see things through the lens of how I would operate my own restaurants. When we arrived we were greeted promptly, sat quickly. Our drink orders were taken in a timely manner but took a minute to come out. No big deal there. We ordered appetizers and they came out in a somewhat reasonable time frame. Including the second round of the bottomless apps. Onion rings were of... questionable quality. greasier than you might typically expect and seemed to mostly be due to the batter job. Some where clumped together and just not only greasy but weirdly mushy in places. Still, nothing major or experience ruining. Entrees are where the whole thing started to take a sharp nosedive. One single entree came out to the table, to which the food runner said "we're just going to be bringing them out as they're ready." Which, is fine in theory if the rest of them come up right after... which they did not. The one person at the table with food chose to wait patiently for everyone else to get theirs before starting, but... nothing came. For easily upwards of 10 minutes, I actually started tracking the time after about 5 minutes. Nothing came. Their food got cold as they waited. Finally around exactly 10 minutes, another round of food came, but still not everyone's food. The server actually brought us someone else's order with a separate ticket on it. Some of us started eating but the original person still waited as their friend was the one still without an entree. Another 5 minutes go by before the last of the food is brought. Then, on top of that, most of the fried items were rather overcooked and dry. Dark in color, very clearly left down in the fryer for too long. Mac N Cheese tasted fake and like plastic. Fries were clearly very old and mushy/tough as they'd sat around forever. Eating experience became ruined, and in the time of waiting for food, we only got one round of refills but I was out of my beverage and never got a refill. All of this, at a later hour when barely anyone was dining in. Us and a small handful of other tables. Tons of employees just wandering around without a care in the world. No reasonable excuse for poor service. I see no reason to ever come back or recommend anyone else bother coming to this location at the very least. Other restaurants in this plaza have been far superior in quality and service consistently. Yikes.

  Came super late after work. I know that's rude but I tip super heavy. Food was good but the waitress left a lot to be desired.
