  Cleves was once the best. Im not sure what happened. They are and regularly continue to be extremely sparse with the chili. The exact thing people go there for. I explicitly ask for EXTRA chili and am expecting to pay extra for it and yet the food still comes out with a pathetic amount of chili on it. Its almost laughable. Whats the deal? You cant put an extra 4oz scoop of chili on something for an extra buck 50? Good lord. It costs $30 to feed myself and 2 kids while drinking water. Put some brown on the plate!

  I stopped in for lunch while driving through Ohio because I kept hearing about this famous regional fast food. I ordered the three-way which is spaghetti piled high with a really unique cinnamon-spiced meat chili and a literal mountain of shredded cheddar cheese. It sounds like a bizarre combination, but it is absolute comfort food heaven and completely hit the spot. The service was lightning fast, the booth was clean, and the server kept my soda topped off the entire time.

  Got out. The hospital was craving to guideline g's cones. Went to this location very disappointed. Hardly any cheese on the cones, and it was more onion than there was chili. I had never been so disappointed in a restaurant in my life. Hopefully, things get better down there. It was just sad.

  Went through drive thru an was told to pull forward to a spot to wait for my food. Me an another person waited for around 10 mins. I just ordered chili cheese fries. When my order came the only thing luke warm was my chili. The fries were cold and hard. I assumed maybe they were making my fries fresh so i waited with now problem.I live around the corner from this location an most likely won't return anytime soon. Super dissatisfied. No reply will change my mind on this.

  I just had the best lunch here today. I ordered the 3-way, and it came out steaming hot with a mountain of fresh shredded cheese on top that just melted perfectly into the chili. The flavor is so unique with those hints of cinnamon, and it’s unlike any other chili I’ve ever had. I also grabbed a couple of cheese coneys, and the buns were so soft and warm. The service was super fast, and the staff made sure my drink was always full while I enjoyed my meal. It’s such a cozy, classic spot that I’ll definitely be coming back to whenever I'm in town.
