we literally drove almost 1 hour just to reach that restaurant because it showed they were open till 2:00 AM. But once we got there around 12:20 AM, the cashier Suvidhi patel told us dine-in was already closed, so we ordered to-go instead. We waited nearly 20 minutes, and only after that they said the rice items we ordered were not available. He didn’t informed that when he takes the order by then, it was too late to go anywhere else because nearby restaurants were closing one by one.
Overall, it was a really frustrating experience because we wasted a lot of time and still ended up without food.

I had a very disappointing experience here today.
I ordered a Lollipop Biryani and a Vijayawada Special Boneless Biryani, and both were below expectations. The chicken in the lollipop biryani was extremely dry and didn’t taste fresh at all.
I called the restaurant to report the issue, and they agreed to replace it. However, when I went back and got the “replacement,” it was clear that they hadn’t actually made a new dish—they had just added some gravy and coriander to the same biryani and handed it back. That was really frustrating and felt dishonest.
The Vijayawada boneless biryani was also not good in terms of taste and quality.
When I called again, they simply said they couldn’t do anything now and offered a free biryani next time, which doesn’t really solve the issue I faced today.
Overall, this experience was disappointing both in terms of food quality and customer service. I hope they take feedback seriously and improve their standards. Mainly it happened couple of times ago in terms of quality
