  I know this taco bell gets slack! You just have to know the right times to go I know it should be superb all the time but when I go food is fresh, sometimes a small wait but very good 💖

  refuses orders during normal business hours, consistently gets orders wrong or puts wrong items completely into orders. one of the worst locations

  I ordered online at 9:17pm, I arrived at the store around 9:40, the drive thru line was crazy, so I went inside and told an employee my name and that my order was originally for drive thru. He said okay and disappeared into the back, never to be seen again. After waiting 40 minutes (not counting the time I ordered) a different guy came to the front and after speaking to him, I was told my order had never been confirmed to actually be made. Why have an online order option if the food isn’t made until you’re there, and why bother having a dining room if there is no staff to work it. I’ll go to the steelyard location before I come back here.
