  This place sucks. Literally never been to a slower establishment than this. Every time I come here it takes 20+ minutes to get my food. I’ve been standing in the store for 15 minutes and no one has said anything to me. I thought coming inside would get me quicker service and i was wrong. Workers are sitting down or walking around on their phone. It almost makes driving 15 minutes up mayfield to the other a necessity. I hate this place. I’ve reached out to corporate multiple times and have no heard back from them. Save yourself the headache and don’t come here.

  The worst service ever waited in the drive through for a hour just to get a order I order on line then 30 mor minutes just to get one order I order at the drive through

  I love Taco Bell, but you can never get anything here because they don’t have enough staff to have a functional drive through. The owner operator is clearly trying to run too lean. They’re really preventing themselves from more customers who are put off by the line. Nothing against the workers, they’re great and doing their best without enough team members. Really, the owner operator is at fault. I went across the street to McDonalds twice now.

  The drive through was closed, and inside you can only order from a screen. That’s fine, but the screen does not have any of the combo boxes. Pointless

  Absolutely horrendous service, the employees seem to not care and do whatever they want. They smoke cigarettes inside the establishment and will deny you service because they simply don’t feel like making your order. I have no idea how the manager is still employed cause they clearly have no idea how to run a fast food establishment. I will never go to this branch again as it is the absolute worst Taco Bell in the state of Ohio. Please do yourself a favor and stay far away from this location.
