  Greet customers in the order they arrived that should be the #1 rule. And I let the employee know clearly I looked invisible 🫥 to them.

  Came half an hour out from countryside to get midnight munchies and there manager was standing with another employee, hanging out the back fridge door, smoking on company time. The line was wrapping around the building and there lobby was full. And the manager was still in the back. I watched another customer bang on the first back window. I did not get my order taken. Neither did the person in front of me, I was explicitly told that they are not taking orders. I saw a line inside as well with no cashier through the windows. Worst I’ve ever seen a business ran and that’s coming from someone who use to work at a damn McDonalds. Get yourselves a different manager if you wanna make money at night. They just seem to stop working so idk if you think you are getting like hella less people at night but you’re not, you get a line that wrappers around your building if the manager would just RUN THEIR TEAM.

  Went for the 2nd time and the WORKERS WERE IN A MOOD first went inside ordered tacos it had ants inside, then went to the restroom and their were poop stains all and when I say all I mean all over the stall, so I had to use stall one and than was gonna use stall 2 instead until I saw a stack of poop just chilling in the floor, very disgusting needs better janitors and one of the workers threw the drink at me because I said the food was bad and it had ants inside, hopefully they do better this is CLE, the land that they are at, so treat it like it.

  No sauces, gave me a “Doritos locos taco” with half the Doritos shell and shoved into a regular shell and then I didn’t see an exclusive sour cream Doritos busted out locos taco. Ik I shouldn’t be surprised about STEELYARD Taco Bell but y’all let ur employees smoke something stupid I hope the hill around it caves in directly on this Taco Bell.
