I had requested dressings on the side in my online order (I hate soggy bread) and noticed they hadn't put them in the bag so I mentioned it. She (obviously irritated) looked at the order and begrudgingly added the barely 1/2 filled dressings. Opened my sandwich when I got home to find incredibly soggy drenched bread. She had dressed the sandwiches instead of on the side and should have corrected her mistake rather than sending me home with garbage. This place used to be a decent place and has severely gone downhill over the past several months. I've more to say but we're all sick of too many words.
