  ME and my father came into this place to get a nice lunch, I placed my order of pulled pork and sausage with sauce on the side and a side of fries. When it came out i did not have fires on my plate it was on my father’s plate and the meat was covered in sauce which I asked to be put on the side. We requested to have the food brought out with sauce on the side which the said they would do. When they brought it out again it was the wrong order instead of pulled pork and sausage it was chicken and ribs at this point I did not trust that they were gonna make it right. I left feeling robbed of 50 dollars.

  This place is AMAZING!! We were in a situation on Father’s Day, because our grill that was supposed to be delivered wasn’t able to be, and we’d already gotten rid of our old one. I called my daughter who works with a lot of restaurants, and asked her if she knew of any BBQ places that might be able to help us out. It was THE MORNING OF FD, and we basically needed a full meal for ~ 8-10 people! Not only were they able to accommodate us, they were SO helpful and friendly!! Run, don’t walk, to Real Smoq’ed BBQ/aka Ohio City BBQ 🤬. Every dish was SO good! The ribs were truly falling off the bone, we had their deliciously sweet cole slaw, their cornbread which was not dry in the least (avoiding the “m word” LOL), and everyone raved about the cheesy mac and cheese! Thank you, Real Smoq’ed for doing my family such a solid!!

  This was so good holy moly I got the brisket Mac and the brisket was honestly life changing, the woman who served me was extremely hospitable and gave me lots of great tips on the menu and the atmosphere made the food taste 10x better because it was just so decorated inside. If I’m ever back in Cleveland I know where I’m grabbing my brisket!

  Gloria our hostess and server was welcoming and answered all our questions about their food. We had the Ohio Platter, ribs pulled chicken, baked beans, and potato salad. The best! I grew up with grilling, smoking, slow roasting meat people. And this dinner was excellent down to the BBQ sauce. An excellent experience!

  I wanted to try this place and was not happy. I ordered the ultimate platter for $27 ribs were burnt and not tender, pulled chicken was dry and lacking flavor. Plenty of brisket but the only parts that were good were the fatty pieces and the pieces with sauce. Baked beans and corn bread were really good. I don't really know what to say about the Mac so I won't say anything. Didn't get the potato salad which was supposed to come with it but I'm sure I'm not missing anything. Service was fast. I really don't think I'll be returning but go check them out for yourselves. Maybe it was an off day, it happens
