This is important information for customers with food allergies. Unfortunately, my interaction with the blonde employee was much less pleasant, as I found her demeanor to be rude and unwelcoming. As for the food, my sister said the platter she ordered was very good. Overall, I appreciated the assistance I received from the cashier who took the time to explain the menu, but I believe clearer communication about ingredients and preparation methods would be helpful, especially for customers with food allergies.
