As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

There was an employee standing outside the door wanting to start his shift, but the woman inside made him stand outside for over a half an hour. This place is not run well at all. Extremely unorganized and dysfunctional. All these negative reviews are years old. It’s apparent the owner doesn’t know how to run a business. Nothing is changing!

But when I pulled in the girl who took my order had a nasty attitude and didn’t even tell me how much the food were she took the money didn’t give me no change back she was rude as hell these kids that works in fast food places some of them need to learn customer service and how to greet people because if you don’t want to work then don’t!!!

Had about another 10 Minutes to sit and stew while waited on my order only for some unpleasant girl to come to my window take my money close the window down and have me wait some some more…..most of the time I just drive away but today I had time to transcribe my awful experience at Rally’s on 116th and buckeye. I’ve seen so many poor reviews of this location i doubt if anyone with anytime of authority reads these but if your are searching reviews looking for food choices in the area, 10 out of 10 would not recommend.
