As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Sat there for 10 minutes with no acknowledgement as I downloaded the app and ordered through that instead. 8 minutes later I get an automated text that my order should be ready. Employee that was chilling outside that entire time came in when I pulled up and told me they were working on my order. 10 minutes later they shove it at me and it's missing the mozzarella sticks which I was still charged for. No way of getting in touch with anyone to either get my mozzarella sticks or my money back, at the store or on the app. 30 minutes for fast food lmfao.

On 6/28/2018 at 1:20 am my phone alerted me that I had a charge that emptied my extra funds debit card for 6.81 which is all I had on there at the time. I immediately went to my online back account to get the store number that my card was fraudulently used at: 06/28/18 RALLY'S 4024 CLEVELAND OH I called and asked for the manager immediately and the lady that answered the phone stated that she was the manager. I told her what had happened and she asked "okay what do you want me to do about it" with an attitude. I asked if she could please look threw recent transactions that just happened as my card alerts me immediately when money is spent. She stated that no one spent 6.81 there just now without looking at first until I requested it. She then started tapping on something so I could hear and tapped 10 times and then told me that she just went threw her last 20 transactions. I told her thank you and that I would be reporting this and calling the police. My card is not lost it is in my possession as the manager on the phone wanted to accuse me of loosing my card. I need someone to be in contact with me as I am seeing that this is not the first complaint of someones credit card information being used without permission at this store.
