  We ordered online and was given an ETA of 40 minutes. It took over 90 minutes to arrive, then one of the pizzas was burnt and inedible. You could smell that it was burnt when we opened the box and the crust was rock hard. I called the store and they said that I could bring it back to them and they will remake it. I ordered delivery because I didn't want to drive so why would I get in my car so that you can fix your mistake. Then they told me that they don't issue refunds. So, they can make any kind of crap food, drop it off to you, then it's, "Oh well, sorry". Terrible!!

  Wouldn't take my coupon. Wanted me to come in so they could see it and keep me waiting while they made the pizza. Ridiculous policy

  Horrible, I made my order through door dash and they had me waiting 3 hours more than 6 dashers arrived to the store and they all said the same thing, that they didn't make my order, I called the store and asked what happened with my order and why they where not making it, A girl answer and just played dumb and hang up on me, They even charge me 2 times, Almost 90 dollars and I didn't even got my food delivered, Super horrible I am never ordering from this pizza place again horrible employees that can't even answer a customers question -100000/10
