  Didn’t give me half of my order, made me wait on hold for 20 minutes then when i called back to report the issue they hung up on me. Get better workers, they suck worst Pizza Hut ever

  I usually a Pizza Hut lover but this order was so horrible I order a large pizza, a hut box plus extra fries on the side and parmesan shaker and honey barbecue as well, I got everything I ordered besides Parmesan shaker when I went to go eat the fries. It tasted as if they were made not fresh or as if the oil wasn’t changed. I called to get a refund for the shaker that they never delivered but the person on the phone. Tried to say that I’m saying that it wasn’t delivered, however I have evident proof that you never delivered it to me. I also was downstairs when the driver delivered it and never saw it and watched him. As well as the price they asked for me to come up and get it we made. I don’t wanna remade because at this point I don’t wanna eat anything that works undercook and if your oil is in fresh, why would I wanna eat there again I asked a refund for the item that I never got as well as surprise. They told me I couldn’t get a refund. I could get a credit. I don’t eat there again until the manager named Lex you is are scary for not handle the issue on the phone and running when I called you on the phone so that we could talk and said I’ll be on my way there so now that you don’t wanna talk about it. I will go ahead and do dispute that’s whole thing and y’all can take it up with you with god

  Just take my word for it. Avoid this pizza hut... service stunk, pizza quality no Bueno I became sick after eating here..... go to a different pizza hut.....
