  tbh the chicken tikka masala here is what the dish tastes like when someone makes it with care rather than formula. the depth in the sauce is different. the spice doesn't just sit on top but integrates through the whole thing. i've ordered it at probably 20 restaurants and this version is the one i'd describe to someone good.

  The mocktails here change my mind about non-alcoholic options at Indian restaurants. The tamarind-ginger combination is genuinely good and pairs well with the heat in the food. The mango lassi is the classic but the mocktail menu gives you more options if you want something different.

  The Gulab Jamun Kataifi is the first thing I order now when someone asks me what to eat at Paradise. It's the dish that most clearly shows what the restaurant is trying to do: take something traditional and find a version of it that is both familiar and genuinely new.

  Had the butter chicken experience with my parents who are Indian and cook Indian food at home. They ordered it knowing it would be a comparison. Their response was that the sauce was made correctly, which is the specific endorsement that matters from people who know the dish from the inside.

  Our food was delicious, the atmosphere was beautiful and we especially loved the music! Everything on the menu sounded so delicious, it was hard to make a decision. Nakshi was extremely helpful and recommended the Korma. We had the Chat appetizer and shared the Goat Korma. We’d never had goat before and it was amazing! It was served with basmati rice and we ordered the butter naan! The portions were very generous. I only wish that we lived closer to Cleveland. The next time we’re in the area, this will be our first stop for Indian cuisine!! Thank you for a perfect dining experience!!
