  I placed an order for delivery 30 minutes ago and noticed that it came up as pick up. I called the store right away to get it delivered or cancel the order. I was put on hold for 30 minutes when I gave up. I chatted with corporate to explain and they said that they would call them to cancel the order and the call me back... needles to say they did not call me back. As you can see they are not even busy right now.

  Just picked up my order, this is ridiculous and unacceptable. If I order BBQ boneless wings, I expect them to be covered in BBQ like the photos that are advertised. It’s lazy and y’all are cutting corners on the cost. The location was not busy. Never again 0/10.

  Walked in this place, no one was visible to see. I had to holler for help. Only one person working. Finally I had placed my order. I ordered a Philly cheese steak 🥩 sandwich. I had to ask the employee could he change his gloves 🧤 because he was making food, ringing the register, answering the phone etc…… when I got home to eat my sandwich, the bread was slightly hard. and tough to eat, the steak meat was burnt 🥵 slightly. It was awful. 😢. I vow not to ever purchase nothing no more from this business again!!
