  My order was not correct. I asked for a 6 cheese pizza. Add sausage and pepperoni. Not rocket science. There was no sausage or pepperoni. I was of course charged for it. I was certain the store would make it right. So I called to let them know there was a mistake. They NEVER answered the phone. I tried every extension. I kept one line (the one that was supposed to allow me to speak to the manager)open for 45 minutes while I called on other lines and tried the other extensions. NO ANSWER. Maybe they were busy but they obviously weren’t taking any phone orders either and my problem was never addressed. So sad.

  They are rude ! this location doesn't follow sales like other pappa johns. If they do. It's always a dollar or two more. I went in once to get it to go. They guy picked his nose right in front of me. I walked out. I won't be giving to this location again.

  I think my last time spending my money. Ordered a $15 pizza and it was made with an hugely uneven crust and seems smaller than your usual large pizza size. Seems to change ownership with a lot of new crew. These people don't take pride anymore making pizzas, so I am done here. Wish I post the picture of the pizza he made. The order was made 8/30 around 1am.

  I ordered delivery a day in advance. There is construction between Papa John's and the location but the road is one way from the store to the location. The driver sent a message saying " Im probably gonna return this. I can't make it through all this construction." I called them and left two messages explaining how they could get to my location. When they arrived the passenger with the driver said " You need to say something! We didn't know how to get here." Very rude and unprofessional. For that reason I will never order delivery from this location again.

  Went here after placing a online order. Showed up after 20 minutes and get told they only just got my order. I understand and ask how long. They say over 40 minutes at least. I ask them to void my order. They do and give me a receipt. I was very respectful but the lady at the counter had her earbuds in and was just exceptionally rude (but the dude in the back with the beard was nice) I get into my car and look at the receipt. It wasn't for me and was for someone else. I go in and inform them of the mistake. The woman with the earbuds looks at me and goes "you said your name was ****. I go no my name is ******** and spell it. She shrugs and goes oh well. I repeat my ask to void my order and she sighs and goes okay. This is probably the second or third time I gone here and dealt with a odd interaction like that. I have no idea what's going on but this location is awful
