  Stevie Wonder made my pizza tonight. They should be drug testing employees at this location. Don’t waste your money. You are better off getting cheap frozen pizza. Owner- don’t reply back, not me or anybody needs to hear your pathetic professional response with out making changes. Go fix your establishment, responding to reviews should be your last thing you do with your time.

  Used to think Papa Johns was pretty good for a national chain. Now it’s complete trash, terrible quality. I don’t blame the employees. I just believe the ingredients are at an all time low. Horrible. I have eaten my last Papa Johns Pizza

  I had an absolutely terrible experience with Papa John’s. I placed an order over the phone for two large cheese pizzas with chicken as a topping. When the pizzas were delivered, there was no chicken on either pizza. I immediately called the store to let them know about the mistake, and instead of trying to help or resolve the issue, the employee told me that I never asked for chicken. That’s simply not true. The phone call was recorded, and it would clearly show that I specifically requested chicken on both pizzas. What made the situation even worse was the complete lack of customer service. Rather than listening to my concern or offering any solution, the employee hung up on me while I was trying to explain the problem. Being accused of lying and then having the call ended in my face is completely unacceptable. Mistakes happen, but how a business handles those mistakes says everything about its customer service. Unfortunately, this experience showed a total lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect for customers. I paid for a product I didn’t receive and was treated poorly when I called for help. Very disappointed and will think twice before ordering from this location again.

  I generally like Papa John's. The gentleman working here was all by himself. I was very impressed. He was pushing out orders quickly. We ordered online. We did have to wait a little longer for our pizza, but I understand why. He was focused and friendly. I would expect someone working by himself to have an attitude, but not him. He was so nice and fast. I will be ordering again from this location.
