  This location used to be decent but it’s gone very downhill over the last year. I recently ordered a sandwich that was made incorrectly. I called to let them know and was asked to bring my food in to remake, except the manager wouldn’t remake it for whatever reason. She handed me the sauces that were left off saying, “here ya go”. Then, just yesterday, I am waiting on a salad to be made. The one associate had her hands all over her face and LICKED her fingers, doesn’t wash her hands, all as my friend and I are standing infront of her- just slaps on a pair of gloves. Then my salad? I paid for extra apple toppings and receive barely any apples at all. I asked the same manager who I dealt with the last time if I could please have extra as I paid for, and her response was simply, “I made your salad, I know there’s extra on there”. Well there wasn’t and her style of customer service along with the girl who doesn’t have basic hygiene knowledge is why I won’t be back.

  Placed an online order and at pickup the associate told us the order was checked for accuracy. We got it home to find an entire meal missing. Tried calling several times that same evening but no one answered. Called the next morning and was told they didn’t have time to help us right now. I just want the money back for the food I did not receive.

  probably one of the worst panera i’ve been to. waited over half an hour for my order, and results were not even worth it; they forgot half my order. all 4 workers were painfully leisurely and sluggish considering the fact that there were roughly 20 people waiting for their order.

  I picked up a food delivery the girl lied said the order didnt pip up yet then puck up a bag that was made said it just got made when I observed the counter and it was sitting girl with dread manger shirt dont lie and say a order aint pop up when you want me to wait
