  This was our first time dining at Morton’s Steakhouse in Cleveland, and unfortunately it was a huge disappointment. I ordered the rack of lamb to be prepared rare but no blood. It was well done, dry and tough. They were also very very little lollipop-chops. I ate 2, took the rest home and threw them out. Asparagus were the worst I've ever had. No flavor and the bottom 3rd was inedible. For a high-end steakhouse, this was unacceptable. I left hungry. The atmosphere was great. The bread was good. Flaky and very warm upon arrival to the table. Our waitress was upbeat and friendly. It was a busy Friday night so she was attentive as she could be. We had a long waits, and along wait for the check, but that was fine we were in no hurry. Overall, for first-timers, we were not impressed. With prices this high, we expected a much better experience. With the food being unacceptable and leaving hungry, we won't be back.

  Paris was an amazing server. Ask for her if you want the best experience possible. Food was perfect and timing was perfect. The prices are at the top, but worth the steak! Great Job

  Dining at Morton’s Steakhouse was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between upscale elegance and comfortable warmth. The service truly stood out—attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming without ever feeling intrusive. Our server, Max, took time to explain menu options and offered thoughtful recommendations that elevated the entire meal. As for the food, it absolutely delivered. The steak was cooked to perfection—tender, flavorful, and expertly seasoned. Each bite was rich and satisfying. The sides complemented the main course beautifully, especially the smoked gouda & bacon au gratin potatoes and sauteed spinach & button mushrooms. Even the chopped house salad, key lime pie and NY cheesecake showed the same level of care and quality. Overall, Morton’s Steakhouse exceeded expectations with its combination of outstanding food, top-tier service, and inviting ambiance. It’s a place I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience.
