Took forever for my order to come out but the fries were still cold and they gave me a medium shake when I ordered a large.

I’ve complained to one of the managers before asking, begging “what do I need to do to get good service? I live literally down the street on W.70 and order here every other day?” She said “sorry, it’s not you it’s THEM”, smh. Like cmon can’t count to 6 though?
