  I asked for 1 fork, and they gave me it for free and then also gave me a compliment 👍 I did not order food, just one fork but the vibes were great! Around 11pm on a Tuesday night

  Very disorganized, no napkins available and refused to give any even though none were included in my order (2 sandwiches and a drink). Took 30 minutes to receive order and only 2 small orders in front of me. Kiosk had no receipts and no one at register. Dine in order served in a bag to go.

  ordered my son a happy meal via the mobile app for curbside pickup. When we arrived at the restaurant there was only 1 car in the drive through, and it was raining so I decided I would retrieve my curbside order in the drive through. When I arrived at the speaker, I explained to the women on the other end that I ordered curbside but do to the rain I would like to get my order in the drive through. After a about 15 seconds of silence, the women than finally stated "you can come inside and get in" in a very rude voice. I explained that I would rather not come inside hence why I ordered for curbside pick up. Her response "you can come inside and get it". My reply was, "yes I can come inside, however I would prefer not to take my 3 year old out in the rain". Again, "you can come inside and get it". I asked her her name, she refused to tell me and proceeded to call me miserable. So per her request I parked my vehicle, took my 3 year old out in the rain and had to go inside to retrieve my order. The male that gave me my food would not tell me the name of the women from the drive through and said he would "take care of it". I am horrified at how rude I was treated in front of my child after such a fun morning/afternoon at the children's museum. This location needs to be shut down.

  Ordered my food through the drive-thru, got sent to their third window to wait for it. After about 20 minutes of waiting and seeing at least 3 other people behind me get their food and leave, I had to go inside to get mine. I definitely won't be coming back to this location.

  I was already having a bad day and they somehow made it worse. I came to order and I used my app for a code for $2 mcnuggets deal and then I ordered a mini derpy mcflurry and right after that she asked “Derpy mcflurry?” I said yes and then in the background I could hear them just mocking me. Then she said she will be right back and then she doesn’t answer for a few mins then a car comes to lane 2 and she takes their order and I was confused because she didn’t finish my order. I heard her being rude to that customer as well just being disrespectful. So then I speak into the speaker saying hello?? No responses so I wait again and ask again but no response. I start to get frustrated because it’s been about 15 minutes i didn’t wanna seem like I was being rude but it’s the fact she took two cars orders and still hasn’t came back to finish mine. I pull up to the window and there are 3 workers jsut staring at me confused and don’t open the window for about 2 minutes. They asked me if I was another persons order but then I told them I wasn’t trying to be rude but I been waiting for a while and you guys never came back to finish my order and then they were like “Oh well what did you want?” with an additude and i’m like well I just wanted the 10pc chicken with the derpy mcflurry and that frozen sprite lemonade. And then the other worker was like “Omg you guys are just NOW taking her order?!” And I got frustrated because I gave them my mobile code to use for the chicken but then the remade my order and I couldn’t use the code anymore so I told them to just get rid of the chicken nuggets. The whole thing was just a mess because the girl keeps trying to take orders and the other girl is telling to stop because she keeps messing up and she don’t know what she’s doing but keeps taking orders. I finally pay and i go to the second window and I instantly just started balling my eyes out because I have had a bad day already and this pushed me over the edge and then the kind man gave me my items and asked if I was okay and he gave me my stuff and he told me he hopes I have a better day and he gave me extra boba pearls. It shouldn’t be that hard to just have basic respect and be friendly to customers I was waiting patiently for 15-20 minutes and finally I got frustrated isn’t that reasonable? I don’t understand why they were being so rude and careless with the orders I was hoping to get a treat from mcdonald’s to maybe make me feel better but instead it actually made me feel 10x worse than I was. I never had bad experiences in service before until this day. Please get some proper training to have th bare minimum of being respectful and being polite to customers when you mess up. I stayed polite the whole time and in the end I balled my eyes out because of how impolite they were torwards me and I didn’t even order everything I wanted because I was rushed they dint even complete my original order and couldn’t even use my rewards because they already used my code but got rid of it to make a new order. I wish people had a little more symphony for others because you never know what’s going on in their lives.
