  If you want something quick, delicious, and on the go, this is the spot—especially if you’re using the app to cash in on rewards and save a little. Still, McDonald’s isn’t quite what I remember; those golden arches have definitely lost some of their shine. Even so, it’s a total neighborhood staple, and despite the decline, I’m just like everyone else—I keep coming back anyway. Dawn~

  For $60 I expected the food to taste good. The food tasted like they took it out of a dumpster and gave it to us. 100% absolute garbage and I will never reorder from here.

  I only ordered items totaling $22.80, and the price was clearly shown as $22.80 on the screen. The staff also confirmed through the window that the total was $22.80. After we paid, they suddenly told us we needed to pay an extra $2-plus. I asked why, but she couldn’t give any explanation and just looked at us with a very dismissive expression. Are you out of your mind trying to squeeze extra money out of people, or am I being discriminated against?

  Worst service I've ever dealt with one come over a hour the workers were sitting in the lobby just hanging out && then i get to the second window employees are mopping while my drink is just sitting there's 7 cars in line . Cars pulling off mad . Just sad .

  They were understaffed and I got all the way back to the office before I realized they had not put one of the order items in the bag. It was also confusing that the app told me my order was ready, but when I got there, it wasn't ready anymore. I imagine that was at least indirectly connectes to missing food. But what can I do? McD's doesn't have an easy in-app way to rectify orders. McD's instructs users to call the franchise, but they were clearly understaffed and the woman at the counter said they were understaffed, so I figured I was unlikely to get a satisfactory result calling the store, and I wasn't going to waste time (or gas) for one menu item at that point. As for the rest, it was just normal McDonalds which is just average. Nothing particularly wrong or worth getting excited over.
