  You need to get new driveway through employees. Cause they rude ones you got serving people right now deserve to get pulled out that tiny Lil serve window..step your game up McDonald's or maybe put out a real commercial that shows the true experience of going to your restaurant..two thumbs down for this salty lunch break

  If you come here bring popcorn because you're going to wait 40 minutes for food while the employees scream at each other. All in all it was entertaining but definitely one of the worst McDonald's I've been to

  This McDonald’s always has the damn doors locked at 5/6 o clock! This is the second time I’ve experienced this. & had to bang on the window for someone to let me in. I literally just went inside to use the restroom. Now if it was dark I could understand but it’s bright daylight!

  Order through DoorDash at 9:21pm and didn’t get my food till almost 10pm. went through 2 dashers which is understandable they have to make money. by the time the food finally got to my house, my food was cold and everything was half wrapped drinks spilled in the bag and i was missing half my order, my husband had to go up to the restaurant and get the rest of our order.

  S orry, I could not provide a transaction number because the ink was illegible and needed changing. My profession is customer service, and I do not follow the ideology of the customer always being right, however, the customer is seldom wrong. I can identify and articulate my needs and address this situation with the utmost courtesy but was not met with a heightened level of professionalism. I frequent this location daily and order the same items (McMuffin no meat w/egg, hashbrown and decaf coffee w/4 creams inside) During the most recent visits 3/5 visits I noticed there was either no cream, or it was separate. Today 10/16/2025 I ordered the usual and noticed there was no cream in the coffee, nor any inside after returning to work. I returned to the location, asked to speak with a manager who was extremely unkempt/disheveled and displayed obvious frustration. I identified the problem and explained I order the same items almost daily and stated there has been a major shift in customer service. There were lobby guests complaining about orders (burned hasbrowns specifically, mine was also burned I threw it away) and one individual requested a sizeable refund. Following the managers failed attempt at pacifying me she began openly expressing her frustration with people coming in every day and always complaining, most specifically stating IF THEY DONT LIKE IT, THEY CAN GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Not only is this poor customer service, but also a reflection of ownership, as these behaviors are not acceptable in any capacity when people are spending their money on services. The staff curses openly and acts as if customers are offending them by requesting decent service. Gaudy jewelry, unkempt uniforms, and foul language are not an indication of good customer service. To make matters worse, I was also informed that the coffee I received was caffeinated, which is another problem because I asked for decaffeinated and that is verified by the receipt. Please pull video and audio of this interaction and decide if this is how customers should be treated.
