  Lived in Parma 5 years and feel like I've missed out that entire time on the best chicken ever because, well, it's a gas station! It's crispy coating is marvelous, the chicken itself so moist and flavorful. I will never again judge a book by its cover...or a chicken by it's feathers? Absolutely delish!

  I ordered from them Thursday night the 17th, food arrived I started eating and it gave off a slight chemical taste red flag, wake up the next day vomiting for 2 days. Chicken seemed cooked the only red flag was they horrid chemical taste which usually means the friers aren’t changed.

  This was my first time at this location. The other in Cleveland in 117th never misses. Food is great and service is what you would expect. Not the case at this location. I went and stood in line for a krunch box, where the younger gentleman tells me, we only order by the piece at this line. If you want a box, you have to use the kiosk. I said, oh-okay, thank you. I placedy order at the kiosk. I selected the menu, selected krunch box because it came with a side and a biscuit. There were two options for the biscuit, buttermilk of Honey. I selected honey. I wanted Jojo's for my side. I checked out and it printed a receipt to bring to the counter. (Where I started)Then a younger woman said she'd help me and then she says, you could've just ordered it right here. I told her that I tried and the guy told me I had to use the kiosk, she says, yeah, I know and rolls her eyes as if this guy is always giving people problems? Anyway she puts my order together and sends me on my way. I go out to my car and check the order because I couldn't recall if she gave me my Jojo's. Sure enough, they weren't there. So instead of dealing with the trouble, I came in and went directly to the kiosk and ordered a small Jojo's (that was suppose to come with my box). The guy checked me out and I went waited a good 10 minutes for my Jojo's. Finally, the cook ask me if I'm waiting on some wrap. I said, no, not me. I just need a small Jojo. He comes over and helps me and ask if I would like ketchup. I said yes. Then went back out my car and checked the box to see if my biscuit was in there. Sure enough, that wasn't there either. So I went back in with both my orders and told the girl that I had a question about my order. I explained to her that I thought I was suppose to get a biscuit and Jojo's with my order which I didn't get either. She asked for my ticket. I told her that I gave it to her. She went looking for and claimed that I didn't order a box I ordered just a 4 piece. Curious l, why would it ask me what my side is and what kind of biscuit I would like if that were true. She says I can have a biscuit anyway and sent me on my way. This store needs a change of culture. The attitudes were not pleasant whatsoever. As far as the food goes, the chicken was soggy, the breading falling off, not crispy whatsoever. The Jojo's were also soggy. Won't be coming back here if the service and food is just bad all around.
