  Special shoutout to Reyosh who was kind in helping me choose a smoothie I would enjoy, while I waited to board my flight. He could’ve been short with me; he could’ve been annoyed but he wasn’t. It’s a rare person who enjoys the hustle of an airport; I’m not one of those people, and it’s easier to complain than to give praise. I want this young man to know his patience, his professionalism, and kindness is never small or unnoticed. He’s appreciated in a big way, and it is nothing for me to make sure he gets this small token of appreciation.

  The young man behind the counter was polite, friendly and efficient! He helped me with the pay portal and told me they were out of banana and gave me several alternatives. My bowl was delicious and I was offered a handled carry bag. Big shout out to excellent staff at Jamba! And I am happy to have a healthy alternative to the other food options.

  Appalled by this location’s complete disregard for basic hygiene. Both servers had hair half-way down their bottoms, respectively, and neither wore hair nets or hats! I watched as they both let their hair fall in front of their faces, into the granola and fruit bins while making orders! They didn’t even bother to move their hair when they saw it fall into the food bins. 🤢 I wish I were making this up. The worker making my order wore gloves, fortunately, but the other worker used her bare hands while sporting 1” long fake nails! I fault the workers for their clear lack of common sense, but I mostly blame the management here for not teaching or enforcing basic food safety practices. Order for two smoothies also took much longer than at other Jamba locations, even though they only had one other order besides mine. They were too busy chatting with each other to realize they’re working in a busy airport, with customers on tight schedules. Very disappointed in the food prep, and long wait time. Management needs to teach these young women food safety.
