  Didn't want to much time to pass but on 9/11 at your Cleveland location I had an EXTRAORDINARY experience with one of your employees. I believe her name was Shevaughn(sic). She'd been recently promoted to 'lead'. I have NEVER had something corrected before I could complain. She saw it and acted. Outstanding choice for 'lead'. We will be back and soon and often. -Ken C.

  Becareful when paying your bill ! The menu price is different then the bill. Did not realize this until we got home. We order route 66 small burger menu price $20 each. We order two so, it should be $40.00. The restaurant charged $46.00. No extra sauce was order, other then a standard ketchup for the fries. We order other add on but, that was a different charges on the bill, that was ok. There is a standard 18% gratitude for two or more people fixed so, careful not to double tip.

  Fried Hot Honey Chicken tasted like a grilled/microwaved chicken sandwich on a shitty bun (I.e. Sysco). BBQ sauce nor mayo could save it. Expensive drinks and $250 bottle service for a bottle of Tito’s or JD? 😂 We were a party of 4 and they added a tip but didn’t say anything.

  This is easily the worst meal I’ve had in Cleveland. Terrible service. We wait over 30 minutes just to get our drinks. We had to alert other staff multiple times to bring our order to us. Our appetizer came after our entrees as well. Tons of orders sitting under the heat lamp waiting to be delivered. Bad environment for food.

  Damn, where do I start? First and foremost, the service is top notch. I've been here multiple times, and each time, from the moment you walk in the door you're their top priority, and they display it in every way. The atmosphere is always welcoming and comforting. Clean and presentable. The staff is courteous and engaging. The drinks are always well done. When there's entertainment there, it always hits. And the food! You can taste the love in it, and that matters a great deal to me. Great location with great people running it. Make it happen if you haven't already. No doubt you'll be satisfied. Keep maintaining the standard.
