I base this review on one experience only, so please take it into consideration accordingly.
We bought 2 breakfast sandwiches consisting of a plain sesame seed topped bagel, with egg, Swiss cheese, and a generous portion of deli-sliced ham as the sandwich. I rate this as 3 stars because: the food itself was very simple and plain, yet extremely tasty. Wonderful flavor of bagel with egg, ham, and Swiss cheese.
Staff member taking the order rushed me through the process while I was trying to look at the menu. I know they were in a hurry, but it was also stressful to feel like I wasn't allowed to take enough time to get what I would like. If you take more than five seconds to decide upon and state what you want, I recommend hanging back and trying to look through the menu ahead of time if possible to avoid being pressured and hastened by the person taking orders.
They asked for a name for the order, which I gave, but when calling out orders that were ready to be picked up on the counter, they did not use my name. They gave me frustrated looks when I finally came forward to pick up the order after making sure I wasn't taking anyone else's food who may have ordered the same thing. It's unpleasant to have people working there roll their eyes at you and look at you in an unkind way.
In short, the food was very good and the people working there were stressful to interact with. If people being stressful and rude do not bother you, and you know what you want to get ahead of time, it may very much be worth your while to check it out.
