  I just want to say that Harris's customer service was absolutely on point and even better he heard what I was telling him and he made my coffee absolutely perfect and not to mention their sausage egg and cheese croissant sandwich was superb you must stop there and get you one. I love the dunkin' donuts it's the greatest 💓

  Y'all got these kids waiting outside for free donuts at 5am and it shouldn't be an indoor while y'all in that heat and kids and others are freezing with that Nokia phone I'm sueing

  Trash! Hindu man at window was asked if the dirty chai latte can be made with oat milk, he just said “O” Abe trailed off. I clarified on behalf of my friend making the order because he has a core milk allergy, “can it be made with oat milk?” He said yes. We pull around and pay for the order and pull off, while driving away from the city, my friend takes one sip and says “that’s not oat milk” and grimaces. I’m furious now because what if his allergy was deadly? Then I read the reviews and learn that this location is synonymous with terrible reviews! Even if the place was shut down, it doesn’t ensure that this person who lied doesn’t face any repercussions and will just go and be a terrible employee somewhere else. I get that the concept of checks and balances is in the gutter right now and it seems that Dunkin’ Donuts is another cog in the wheel of corporations profiting off of shoddy business practices without a lick of remorse. I’m so disgusted!

  Everytime i go to this dunkin my food is cold and my drinks are not hot. Owners are rude. I would rather drive 20 minutes out to go to a different dunkin
