  I’ve been a regular here every day for the past few years and my order is always correct and the customer service is amazing. They remember my name, face, and order and always greet me when I walk in. Even when other customers are being sassy, the workers remain professional and knock the line out like it’s nothing. As a former barista, I can honestly say that this Dunkin goes above and beyond for their customers and are extremely helpful.

  Ordered a large coffee, was given a medium coffee, when I asked for the coffee I ordered they said they charged me for a different coffee and walked away. Making mistakes is extremely understandable, refusing to do anything about it is absolutely crazy. Lots of coffee shops on the area. Go to any other one.

  This place needs to get its act together. I tried going inside around 6:45am because the drive-thru line was ridiculously long, but the doors were locked and there are no posted lobby hours. The lobby being open is more inconsistent than a broken thermostat—no idea what you’re going to get. I was told they don’t have enough staff to keep the lobby open, but it honestly seems like they just close it so they can focus only on the drive-thru. While I was sitting in line, I watched a customer walk up, get let in, and then the door was immediately locked again. She clearly wasn’t an employee because they immediately started taking her order.
