- SWSarah WisdomJun 23, 20261.0Don’t even want to give this store one star. Ordered one pizza and two things of cinnamon bites but only received one icing. Instead of calling right after the order was delivered to complain, I knew I was going out the next day and thought I would stop in to get an icing. A blonde employee there asked me if I had the receipt so I pulled up my email and showed her. She still continued to ask me why I didn’t call yesterday and so I just asked to pay for two icings. She was incredibly rude and had horrible customer service skills. Will not be ordering again. I didn’t realize asking to PAY for two things of icing was a crime. Maybe you should get a new job if you hate yours so bad.

Instead of de-escalating the situation (Jessica the so to be manger ) was acting like the children she was posed to be manger too . Just a horrible experience . What started as just going to get a quick bite for my children til we made it home . Ended up with wanting to speak with a supervisor about what's going when really manger aren't in the building.
