There have been 3 times where I'm the only one in line for 5+ min and the workers are just walking back and forth completely ignoring customers. When the food makers finally start making the food, they are rude and annoyed. Luckily the cashiers tend to be kind and friendly. Wish there was another Chipotle I could use on my lunch break. Otherwise, go elsewhere. Worst service in Cleveland.
