  There’s an older African American woman she works cashier and packs To go. My food already pack and I’ve waited in line so long to get check out! She completely dismisses that your present annd the line is filling up and continues to pack all her to go orders before to check you out! It’s not the first time she’s done this! Either she needs help packing or just give her one role!

  The worst experience I’ve ever had at a chipotle. They were out of hot honey chicken and they had people waiting 30+ minutes. Absolutely NO sense of urgency, NO apology for the wait. After waiting for the chicken, when it was finally done, they had the audacity to ask if we wanted honey chicken. Hello? THATS what we’ve been standing here waiting for 30 minutes (same employee that was taking our order and knew we were waiting for honey chicken) . It’s a Saturday night at 8pm, if you’re almost out of hot honey chicken you would think they’d start making it way before they’re actually out. Absolutely no customer service at all. Employees were also arguing with each other during this. Never going to this location again.

  My boyfriend came here today on 5/1/2026 at 2:45pm trying to pick me up some lunch... only to be told they don't have any meat and they won't for 45 minutes... how are you a restaurant and out of your MAIN ingredient .... makes absolutely no sense to me.

  I placed an online order and they completely ignored all the extras I paid for. When I called the store the girl hung up on me and when called back they’re no longer answering. This isn’t about DoorDash it’s about terrible custom service

  I had a very good experience at this chipotle today because of shontavia! She has really good energy, handled the line by herself, and moved quickly. I’ve yet to try my food yet but I had to write a review because her service was so exceptional.
