- WPW PoppinAug 18, 20261.0UNBELIEVABLE! This experience was the absolute worst of the worst! I ordered a BURRITO not a bowl! LOOK AT THE PHOTOS! The moment I took the first bite of the wrap it splattered all over the place! The bag was also leaking juice inside of it! This is the first time I’ve ever had this happen! The young lady who made this was definitely not concerned with her job at all! This is unacceptable. You can most certainly tell when someone is there for the paycheck! I get it… but when it comes to customer satisfaction these employees have no understanding of what this looks like for them in the future! This is why I could never hire anyone to operate my business! It is impossible to have faith that someone would treat your business with respect behind the scenes! I wonder if the cameras are actually working. Because I had to ask the gentleman to wipe the entire counter off before making my food. “He did it with integrity” and was polite about it— but the lady who made the burritos gave zero thought about her position!
