The same employee turned away another customer right before me too. Then, while I was still standing there, a friend of his walked in with her daughter and he served her immediately as a walk-in. If a policy applies to customers, it should apply to everyone, including the staff’s personal friends. On top of that, this location seems to run out of rice constantly. Overall, an unfair and frustrating visit.

You would think they would just make more chicken and steak to be ready for the lunch rush, but perhaps they’ll get there one day. I’ve tried getting chipotle honey chicken 4 weeks in a row now and they have been out everytime…. Convinced they just might not make it here even tho it’s on the menu Maybe it’s just a lunch time issue, but doubtful UPDATE: they have had the honey chicken 2 weeks in a row, maybe they are starting to turn the ship around.
