- RRRaymond6 days ago1.0This Chipotle has always been my least favorite location, but it's convenient, so I still end up coming here about twice a month. Unfortunately, the staff's attitude is consistently unfriendly. Some of the younger employees are usually pleasant, but the manager in particular has been rude every time I've interacted with her. I don't know the manager's name, but she's an older African American woman with permed hair who appears to have recently become the manager. I also believe the cashier's name is Breanna (a white woman with glasses), though I'm not completely sure. She has been rude on multiple occasions, often smacking her lips or acting annoyed when customers ask for vinaigrette or anything else at the end of their order. The worst experience I witnessed was when another customer asked for extra napkins. The cashier became argumentative, called him names, and was unnecessarily rude. Instead of de-escalating the situation, the manager defended the employee, insulted the customer as well, told him to leave, and even told him to "go to the dollar store" over extra napkins. I genuinely felt bad for the customer, and he left after being treated that way. This isn't an exaggeration or a one-time bad experience. I visit this location roughly twice a month, and the atmosphere is almost always the same—unfriendly, unwelcoming, and at times openly disrespectful. I hope the owner or corporate takes the time to thoroughly review how this location is being managed. Customers should feel welcomed, not worried about being treated poorly or embarrassed simply for ordering food or asking for basic items. Edit, even the owner put a generic ai type response below my comment no wonder the staff acts the way they do
