Customer service sucks here food sucks here line is always disgusting never want to fill up what’s low on the line they will try and give you the smallest portion instead of filling the line everything here is terrible worst chipotle I ever been to in my life employees gloves look disgusting like they wear them all day dine in area stinks and dirty smell like they have molded water everywhere the I highly doubt they pass their inspections. Manager attitude sucks I ask for a little bit more of something and they charge me for double after not even putting a spoon full in the first place I see the chipotle CEO was just talking when he said you can always ask for more 😂 avoid this location at all cost go to W.130th wayyyy cleaner and employees know how to do their job the right way.

- RKRaychelle KingAug 11, 20263.0Nearby my work, so I go to it maybe once every few months. I leave gaps between visits because every time I go in, something is wrong. The corn is frozen on the line, the people working are ignoring people and on their phones, and this most recent time I walked in to get my order and after I made it all the way up and got my food (the restaurant was empty) they told me I'm not allowed to grab my order that is on the pickup shelf. If you can spare time, go to the one in Lakewood. This one is a pain every time.
- WNWally NajjarAug 10, 20263.0This is a busy Chipotle and I believe the staff are doing there jobs but after a while restaurant does not have certain items because the chicken is on the grill taking longer than usual I believe they need a bigger griddle but hey it is what it is. Can't blame staff for not smiling all the time because the customers are not easy ti deal with. Restaurant needs to brighten the dining area a little more it feels to dark. Last but not least staff in the back need to drop there cellphones and stay focused. Oh one more thing please fix the potholes in the parking lot.
