- AAAJ5 days ago1.0Erik was very impolite and treated customers very disrespectfully. He asked the elderly gentleman behind me waiting to order, he came over and told the gentleman to step back behind the board (approximately 10 feet away) when no one was waiting behind him. They handed me she sandwich without a bag and the paper was very greasy and no one was at the counter to ring me up, I grabbed a bag which was sitting next to the register. Erik comes over and says don’t reach and grab the bag, I told him they should not have given me the sandwich without a bag as it was very greasy, he started being disrespectful at which point I walked away without the sandwich.

- RGRachel GermainJun 22, 20262.0This one was a bit bizarre. Great bagels. The actual process of ordering is objectively confusing yet the staff seem mad at everyone for being confused. If literally everyone is constantly in the wrong then this is signal that the signage is not effective. This is a totally fixable problem. Just let people pay for their bagels and then pick them up, or, have better signage. Looking at the reviews this seems to be a long standing problem that for some reason hasn't been corrected. Weird!
- RSRoda StankovicJun 16, 20261.0what ever happened to the customer can order thier food the way they like it ... at this location, besides it being very slow service (especially when your in a hurry to catch a plane) they argue with you on how you irder your food , unbelievable. if you want your bagel double toasted, be prepared to be talking back to. there is no customer is right. so sad. it's a privilege for us to order from them. not for them to have a job
