  This Ben & Jerry's has been open less than a year. I've been there a dozen times. Usually very few customers if any at all. And One worker who is not very attentive. But they try. Today, for the first time, there were two workers and a good line of people waiting. Probably because the theater was starting in 30-60 minutes. They were out of half the ice cream flavors, seriously, and the place was a mess with trash and melted ice cream on the floor. It's not the workers' fault. But management/owner - Vivian Murriel - needs to get it together or it's going to fail

  Asked for 1 scoop in a sugar cone and 1 scoop in a small cup. Was charged $20. They charged us for extra scoops stating we should have asked for 1 scoop because they ASSUME 2. I said we did ask for 1 scoop. $20 is outrageous for what I got. And they were rude. I asked for napkins because there were none. they gave us two paper towels that someone with wet gloves gave us. Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Will never return.

  Went the first time and the worker was amazing! Got multiple things for 2 people and tipped well because the service was great. Went about 10 days ago and was told they don’t make sorbet slushies and can’t make milk shakes because they didn’t have straws. Told her I got one last time and she went to ask the other person who worked there who then said they can’t make the slushie because they don’t have the seltzer water to do so. Went again today and’s didn’t get any greeting until I said hello to them after being there for a minute or so. No smiles and attitude seemed very unwelcoming from one of the ladies. I was told they don’t have seltzer water to make slushies. I asked “Still? I came last time and you told me the same thing.” She said it’s something they don’t get a shipment of very often. I guess i understand but am not sure if that’s true. If so, it’s not very good business practice. Also did not leave a tip due to the service being below par. Want to support but customer service is big. I think I’ll try again in the future because I love Ben & Jerry’s.

  I stopped by Ben & Jerry’s in downtown Cleveland and it was a really enjoyable treat. The banana split was fresh and perfectly put together, with generous scoops and just the right balance of toppings. The brownie was rich, fudgy, and paired amazingly well with the ice cream. Everything tasted high quality and indulgent without being overwhelming. It’s a great spot to satisfy a sweet craving while exploring downtown.

  Went in with my husband to try to get ice cream the lady working today at 4:08 pm i said hello she completely ignored me and rolled her eyes as if I was an inconvenience asking her to do the job she is paid to do. I ordered the Ice cream tasted like freezer burn and when I no longer wanted the ice cream she told me I wasted her time. With employees this rude how will you last. Beautiful place sad the employees are so rude. My husband asked go talked to the manager but she refused to get one.
