Build-your-own tacos, creatively crafted margaritas and a wide range of tequila & whiskey all served in a stunning, artistically designed Day of the Dead-themed location in Strongsville. Eye catching interior, bar, and patio - all with the feel of a close-knit lively neighborhood.
First time in Cleveland. Came for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. We met our nephew who lives here and he suggested Borrio for lunch. I had a Blackberry Marg that I asked to have jalapeños muddled in. The bartender did an amazing job! So much so that I ordered a second one! The server was so helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and fun! The food was beyond great, but it was a lot! Get the Nachos instead of a tortilla and thank me later!

I cannot fathom how bad my experience was for this. I understand I'm coming in at like 1am. I'm not really expecting much other than some tacos that'll just maybe hit the spot while I'm inebriated. For 3 people to be served 2 tacos and one soda each took over 48 minutes, and 2 of which never even arrived, despite other people who arrived after us getting served before us. We were told the tacos just came out, when they were cold. Somehow, the printer ink ran out so they never fully got my order, even though the ticket is literally something we pencil in. I got literally one singular taco that wasn't even mine to begin with. On top of that, they had the audacity to charge us 33 dollars WITH a manager's discount. What the hell are you guys even doing man?

went late at like 11pm for some late night food since working all day. Our server, alex or alexis, was exceptional; in fact she’s the only redeeming quality. anyways the food is terrible, granted it was late so your experience may be different, but I had a cod taco (tastes rancid and chewy fish) and a bowl with i had half before getting nauseous. It’s the next day and i have a stomach upset.
we can argue it was something else, this was my only meal yesterday.
we can also argue, “it’s late what do you expect” so why stay open till 12? if the quality is going to diminish.
anyways, 10/10 server; first time in and unfortunately she had a big table but still made every effort to come and check in on us, i would come back to any restaurant for her
just probably not this one.
tldr; 2/10 food, 10/10 service

Weird confusing way to order, kind of shocked to see what you get if you've never been there before. However the food was delicious. Would definitely recommend a more traditional menu for those who dont want everything custom... also I asked for things to be on the side and I was told "we dont do that here" like how hard is it to plate it so the food isnt touching. Sadly my kid refused to eat it because they dont do that there but still charged me $15 for her rice and chicken. Its whatever though. I won't be back...

Worst experience I’ve ever had eating out. Little young girl had a snotty attitude, forgot all of our drinks. When I went up to ask her as she was busy THE WHOLE TIME TALKING TO HER CO WORKERS AND HITTING HER VAPE- our drinks are 20 minutes later, it was water it’s water you don’t need a bartender for that. Shes like oh my god ok- I’m coming chill out. She still didn’t bring us our drinks, had to talk to the manager to get our drinks. What a joke of a place, not even busy at all. I never give 1 star reviews but this deserves it. She also didn’t put in our appetizer- Also the tacos were crap.
