  The place did not open on time. When they opened 10 minutes later we went inside and there was noone at the register. So we just left. This place is getting worse. It should be replaced by a Chick-fil-A.

  The restaurant was clean, and the food was good. The older lady and older gentleman working at the front counter were both very friendly and provided great customer service. Unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by what appeared to be the manager’s behavior toward the staff. She was yelling at employees in front of customers, which was uncomfortable to witness. I understand that busy shifts can be stressful, but employees deserve to be treated with respect. If I worked there, I would have walked out. I hope management addresses this, because the front-line employees were doing their best and should be appreciated, not yelled at.

  Husband brought back steak sandwich order and the steak sandwich looks like chopped up ground beef with gravy looks nasty and nothings like a real steak sandwich very upsetting and disappointed put it in toaster oven to warm the soggy bread and sandwich up but its looking not good to eat very unappetizing so got thrown away
