  Lady taking the order was very rude. Food was sloppy not put together the correct way. Lemonade taste like shit.

  Sat at the drive through and watched 3 people get helped while nobody helped me in the second drive thru. Told them I'm pregnant and starving can I please order food. They refused to help. Won't ever go back.

  The staff were rude. We could hear them in the drive through line screaming and laughing. I love Arbys this close to my house rude staff and cold food

  So they were nice and accommodating when I told them about an allergy issue and everything was fine they respected that but then when I opened my gyro I noticed that there's hardly any meat in it but I've been to North Olmsted and Sandusky and other Arby's there's way more meat in it so I took it up to the counter and the lady said what's wrong now I didn't realize there was a issue before for it to be what's wrong now and I asked her is this the amount of meat they put in the gyro she said it's 3 oz and I was like really so she asked a couple other people and they said that it was 3 oz and if I wanted extra meat it would be a dollar I've never seen such a skimpy gyro in my life anywhere so if you want a meal that's going to satisfy you until your next meal don't come to this Arby's cuz they are cheap on the meat. Pretty much a rip off as high as the prices are. The cucumber sauce tasted like plain mayonnaise and the cheese did too it was kind of weird there was a mayonnaise taste in it

  Worst Arby's I've ever been to! Fries were cold and nasty, no lids for cups, the dining area is filthy! There were 4 employees doing absolutely nothing, as it wasn't busy at all! They sat around while there were messes that clearly needed to be dealt with, lids needed filled, the bathroom wasn't any better. Very unfriendly staff. Sad day at Arby's
