  This place has been renovated. The service was quick and friendly. The food was good & well prepared. And the atmosphere with the music was comfortable.

  It's a brand new Arbys. Very clean . I was hoping the food would be hotter. Stale french fries. Non melted cheese on my sandwich. I do understand sometimes things happen in the f&b business. And this was my first time back in at least 3 years. Bc I do like their food. Just want to enjoy it fresh.

  So order was placed online for pick up after doordash driver stole the first order so it was reorder but for a pick up , so with confirmation and trying to tell them it's a new order the Assistant manger was very rude to my mother and said nothing she could do call back tomorrow we try to explain to her it was a new order and we was charged again and she still refused to listen . The workers was making fun of my mother and the refuse to give her the food or a refund the Assistant manager walked away very rudely and would not listen while the workers laughed at my mother. Very rude disrespectful and a shame how people like this work in a public place . So they got to keep the money and food I will be contacting headquarters immediately

  I don’t typically leave reviews, but after having the same experience twice, I feel it’s important to share in the hopes that it can be addressed. Both times I went through the drive-thru, I was asked to pull forward and wait for my order. Unfortunately, both times I was completely forgotten. I eventually had to drive back around and go inside the restaurant to ask about my food. The first time this happened, the employees were very apologetic and even provided coupons to make up for the mistake, which I appreciated. However, the same thing happened again today. When I went inside, the employees didn’t seem to know what my order was. I also noticed two employees eating in the kitchen while I was waiting. After finally receiving my order, I returned to my car, and within moments, several employees came outside to take a smoke break directly in front of the main entrance. As someone who works in customer service management, this experience was disappointing. No one was intentionally rude, but the overall lack of organization and professionalism was concerning. Forgetting customers waiting outside—especially more than once—and the casual atmosphere among staff reflects a need for better communication, accountability, and management. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers.
