    Very rude customer service. I stood at the pick up waiting for my order that I placed on line. The lady who must run the store is horrible. No one came to the counter for me to ask were my order was. They walked past me and ignored me. Finally, after waiting more than 5 minutes, went up to the counter and stared at me without saying can I help you. She just stared. Also, the staff was cussing and comyanout their weekly schedule. This Arby’s is scary. Rude, Rude, Rude! Never going back! Never getting Arby’s again!! The one on Center Ridge closed permanently I bet this 117th store is next. Stay away!!

    Mac and cheese bowls were awful. Went through driveway didn't check them. Gave them to the dog. They were dry and old!

    Lady taking the order was very rude. Food was sloppy not put together the correct way. Lemonade taste like shit.
