    I’m the manager at University Hospitals South Euclid, Ohio. I tried bringing business to the Sub City Cleveland Heights for our lunch today. We hear how good it is & wanted to give it a try. The Drug Rep had about 6-7 orders but once she got to the restaurant the young lady told her she’d have to wait until 11:40 am to place an order, despite the website stating 11:00am. This was bad for business. I was also told the place was dirty. 7/30/2026 @ 12:19 pm-written

    I had they bbq tenders with fries them bad boys was delicious lol, customer service was great friendly cook. I will be back again....

    Order a polish boy and kids chicken fingers for my nephew. I ask for no BBQ or coleslaw just french fries on it. I got a polish boy with french fries with seems to be honey mustard sauce that am allergic to and the chicken fingers are rock hard and gross with songy fries. Don't know why they put that sauce on the polish boy if there's no option for it.
