  So far so good ordering on the app. I see it is through door dash, and unfortunately the food will not be insanely hot since I am not close but like always depends who is cooking that day. First round of food I had was amazing. The second time I tried it was the week after but the cook fried my wings too hard and dry. Condiments dont always come correctly so I leave a star off for that. I used to eat at the BDubs in Willloughby, I am not sure but that facility food is not good. So, its been so many years I have this type of food especially since I used to be vegan. Now, when calling about my recent order, they always handle it correctly when there is an issue. The lady was sweet enough to make sure no pico de gallo was on my queso because I seriously cant have hot spice or tomatoes. Price wise, this is quite expensive for one person + delivery costs, so I can do this ever so often. Maybe once a month. Will buy some of there sauces for myself though too. Delicious fried pickles, salt and vinegar wings are very good, never had it before. Cheese curds, mozzarella sticks, both are good. With histamine issues everything so far safe to eat including the queso which is a little spicy. Chicken tenders? Amazing. Love it.

  DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! Order through the app, took over 2 hours and only received 2 chicken tenders. My bill was over 100$. I called them over 5 times to see what was going on, only for them to answer once and they proceeded to hang up on my call.

  Won't answer phones after 100 calls. My order was all screwed up. Missing items and no one answers their phones!!!. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!!

  My wife was guided by the manager to be able to seat us where we wanted, including away from the bar in the section where there was no one else. The manager was ok with it, the server who apparently makes the rules was not. We were told that we might not be helped for 10 plus minutes despite the place not being overly packed, when asked if it would be faster service on the other side he said “maybe, because I’m busy” He moved us to another section, also, left unguided to choose a table, we sat at a table that was not dirty at first glance, once we sat down and realized we asked for a wipe down. The server complained, “appreciate you sitting at a table that’s dirty and I now have to clean it. This was 2 tables down from where we were seated. Then as we opted to leave the server didn’t care and responded audibly for patrons and us to hear that he wasn’t “dealing with that (inaudible words)” if this is the normal service from staff, I am surprised anyone comes into the store front. We just moved around the corner and will no longer patron any locations due to this experience. Would love to review the food, but we didn’t make it that far.

  The boneless chicken looked as if someone took the box and shook it to the point of falling apart. There were broken pieces of chicken in the box. Then my vegetables and dip were missing. The taste was good but we were disappointed about the missing sides. Always check you bag for pickup orders before you walk out their doors.
