  Overall good experience. Would have been five stars if the "menu" was less complicated and the patio had not been absolutely riddled with yellow jackets. Even after our party moved inside the restaurant the little beasts followed inside as well. Ultimately an exterminator and a proper menu would make this a fantastic place to find yourself a taco

  THIS IS WHY FAIRMOUNT NEXT DOOR IS PACKED AND BARRIOS IS DEAD! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE, JUST GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. $8 guacamole was brown on top with large leaves of cilantro, couldn't eat it. An hour wait for 3 tacos. Shaggy haired, pierced face guy with glasses ruined my visit. Does not know how to treat customers, disrespectful and rude. I will not let this go, he needs to be humbled, so mote it be. $80 for the worse experience. Ruined the visit with my daughter. I am enraged.

  Worst experience I’ve had at Barrios. I waited almost an hour for a single bowl with Queso Stoner. After waiting that long with no update, I finally had to go up and ask about my order myself. The employee just handed me the bag and said, “Here’s your order,” without even checking to make sure everything was there. I checked the bag and realized the queso was missing, so I had to tell him. He went back and brought me queso and chips. After already waiting almost an hour, I just took everything and left. When I got home, I realized he had given me regular queso instead of the Queso Stoner I ordered and paid for. The long wait was bad enough, but having to ask for my own order, point out that it was incomplete, and then still receive the wrong item made the whole experience extremely disappointing. The employee was also unfriendly and didn’t seem apologetic or concerned about the wait or the mistakes. With Chipotle and Tacologist nearby, I’d rather go to either of them next time.

  Great food and atmosphere. I had to laugh when I told the waitress that water was dripping on me from the A/C ductwork. Her response was "That's unfortunate". Really??? She didn't suggest or offer to switch or move tables. The "tip" I left was. When water is dripping on a customer. Move them to a dry location.

  We came on a Tuesday at 6pm. We sat at a high top so our server was also the bartender. It took a bit for her to come greet us because she was talking to some regulars at the bar about how it was her last day, which is reasonable. The problem started with the drinks. My husband ordered a negro modelo and received a regular modelo. I ordered a margarita flight and they were so watered down that I couldn't distinguish between the flavors. Our waitress never came back to check on us so we couldn't let her know. Then the food came out. My husband got nachos and they were inedible because they were so salty. My fish taco was fine. Again no one came to check on us. We waited 20 minutes with our card on the table and had to ask three employees before finally getting someone to check us out. Would not recommend. Save your time and money and go next door to the Fairmont. Also all four tvs were some sports channel where 12 year olds were playing baseball which is an odd choice.
