  This is the worst Jimmy John's I have ever dealt with or communicated with. I would highly recommend you avoid this store if at all possible. Ordered a larger order for our team - we have never had an issue at any other JJ - only to be told they could not fulfill our order. I was traveling with a team and then had to find alternate food just before our game which was very challenging. We ordered the food for pickup 2.5 hours later - so they had plenty of time to fulfill the order.

  Rude employees, for zero reason. I don’t think I’ve ever had to leave a bad review for food like how embarrassing, but when you’re yelling at people over the headset and cocking an attitude because you don’t like your job, I’m not really inclined to showing grace. Also I like the owner’s comments under every bad review addressing the same issue/employees, and nothing is obviously done.

  This place is by far the slowest Jimmy John’s I’ve ever ordered from. I’m sitting here an hour after placing my order, and calling them twice to make sure they received it and that it’s on the way. I’ve been assured that the driver is leaving now with my sandwich.I called a half hour ago and they said the sandwich was made. Just waiting for the driver to get back. I can’t wait to eat my old sandwich now. I’ll never order delivery from here again. I suggest you avoid it too.
