- RTRachel ThomasSep 1, 20263.0Food is always fresh and the line moves quickly. Some of the staff are very nice, and others seem to rush you. My only suggestion is for training line staff, to know the difference between the pork and the beef. Past two times I have gone, when I ask for carnitas, I am given Barbacoa… which it tastes great! But when the line is rushed and just scooping food and passing off, you don’t really get a chance to say “ no that’s wrong”. I enjoy both and don’t mind paying more when it happens, but I think if there are people that have allergy to pork/beef or a religious reason can’t have one meat over the other, then it really needs to be trained the differences of which meat is listed as. Otherwise the staff are kind people serving you.

A burrito with I’m guessing is sour cream all over the outside of it and not on the inside. I tried cleaning it off with a paper towel, but that was useless. If I wanted sour cream on the outside, I would’ve had a burrito bowl. The photos don’t do it justice. There is sour cream on the bottom. I just didn’t pick it up yet. With tax tip and my charity donation my burrito was $12. I don’t think I’ll be going back to this location. I don’t have the money to just waste on food that I can’t handle with my hands.

They laughed and came up and helped me. The cashier was bright and smiley. We ate in the restaurant and had a wonderful experience
