  Food was great! Everything we ordered was fresh and tasty. Just fyi though, I ordered boneless wings and did not receive any ranch so I asked for a side and the manager said I needed to pay for it. $1 for a tiny cup of ranch seems extreme when you order wings..... But it also does not state anywhere on the menu board that a side of ranch (with your wings) is extra.

  Absolutely will not go again. So expensive for barely any meat on the sandwich. It was tasty, but 32.00 for a small sandwich and a regular one. Thats ridiculous.

  I paid $15 for a sandwich that had almost no meat on it. I asked for extra crispy fries. They did not do that.

  Look, I normally don't share bad experiences publicly. However when you order your food online and schedule it for over an hour from that time, it should be done or close to done when you arrive. They weren't even that busy tonight. I arrived at my scheduled time, and was told it was not ready yet. No big deal I can hang out for a few. 40 minutes later I finally get it. AND APPARENTLY IT HAS BEEN DONE FOR A WHILE. It was just sitting on the shelf in the back. Now the food is cold since it's been out for so long. I can't even comment on quality because im eating reheated food. Maybe that's what I get for not saying something? But I was honestly trying to not be a Karen🤣

  I ordered a "large" cheesesteak combo to go. Waited over 14 minutes. What I received was a small combo, on a tray when it should have been in a to go bag. The cashier who took my order seem like she had no idea what she was doing. Tried to tell me a half sandwich was a large. The food was just awful. Barely any meat on the sandwich. The green peppers were raw. The fries were soggy, like they had sat in cold oil. Not the experience I thought I was going to get. I was truly disappointed. The one in Chillicothe, Ohio will continue to get my business.
