  Its fast food. The food is pretty good here. A little bit of spice and perfect for those who can't do spicy.

  My first time at bo's. All food was luke warm. Tasty but biscuit wasnt hot enough to melt butter.

  Lobby was clean and customer service was outstanding. Food was dependably delicious.

  My husband and I walked in to Bojangles, my husband greeted the male cashier, and he didn't speak to either of us. My husband proceeded to give him our order and we sat down at a table. The cashier brought our tray out to us he dropped it on the table, hit my elbow with it and our food hit the floor. My husband asked him if we could see his manager he never responded as my husband was asking for a manager a manager comes in from outside tells my husband he is a manager my husband tells him he will take care of it he instead sends someone else out to speak with us. As my husband is speaking to her I'm on the phone calling the number on the receipt customer service tells me there's nothing they can do because it's a privately owned franchise. Now this store is in Circleville Ohio and I'm not sure if African American people come to this restaurant but the cashier made us feel unwanted and uncomfortable. No one apologized. There was a Caucasian customer inside and witnessed everything before he left he commended my husband for keeping his cool and not going off on the cashier and he said not all Caucasian people are like him, he shook my husbands hand. We will never patronize the restaurant again and I hate that because their chicken biscuits are delicious.

  Not a full menu Bojangles, just tenders, which makes little sense to open near a Huey Magoos and a Roosters. Especially with how horrible the KFC nearby is, its money on the table. Staff are friendly though.
