  Sometimes it's a real mess. Had to start an order over 4 times once amd just gave up. Definitely don't go during off hours it becomes a real gamble.

  We got charged for a eat in order but we told them it was to go. Our food took a while to get ready. We assumed it was because they were making fresh fries. Our sandwhiches were made quickly, but by the time we got our food the fries were soggy and the sandwhiches were barely warm. I love Arbys, but this was not the greatest today.

  Evening shift front drive thru girl is quiet rude, no words, shoves the items out of the window, makes people wait. No questions for sauces like other arby's. Mildly stated, I'd stay away from this place and go to Rax or Chillicothe's arby's.
