  This absolute dump of a location is hands down the worst Wingstop in existence, and it’s a total disgrace to the brand, the employees, and the local community. The store management here is a complete and pitiful failure. Running an establishment this atrocious shows a total lack of self-respect, complete neglect for the neighborhood it serves, and zero accountability for standard operations. Management should be deeply ashamed of letting a business slide into this level of total incompetence. Honestly, this place is only fit for broke college kids who don't care what they put in their bodies—anyone who actually values decent chicken wings needs to stay far away. We paid extra for ranch and blue cheese—which they completely failed to pack. The lemon pepper wings were so ridiculously, painfully salty they were entirely inedible, while the other two flavors looked like someone forgot to season them entirely. The fries were stone cold. Serving ice-cold food is just lazy, bottom-tier effort that reflects a complete absence of basic kitchen oversight. The store itself is an absolute biohazard. Management actually lets a sign hang on the wall that says, "Leave your mess behind we've got cleanup," which is a hilarious insult considering nobody cleans a damn thing. There were crusty, decaying wings sitting in the corner and random wings and fries trash-scattered across the floor. To make matters worse, the bathroom is locked and requires employee access. When we asked the worker for access right as they handed us our food, they literally ignored us, turned their back, and skulked right back into the kitchen. Management has completely failed its staff by offering zero training or support, creating an environment where employees clearly don't care because their leaders care even less. Honestly, shoutout to the rest of the customers waiting in line—you guys were awesome. The crowd was incredibly friendly, kind, and supportive, showing more patience and basic human decency in ten minutes than management has managed to instill in this entire store. Shared camaraderie with great fellow customers was the only thing keeping that place tolerable. Avoid this embarrassing disaster of an establishment—management has failed at every level and brought down the entire community with it.
