  Tried to order some food online. It said 45 min. Once I payed and placed my order the time changed to the next day at noon. Went up there and the manager explained they are 2 hour behind and no longer taking online orders. I explained that I no longer want the order and asked for a refund. The manager explained that I will not be charged, its only pending. Today is Monday and the amount posted to my account. I called no answer.

  i went first time friday night they were so busy . i ordered fish dinner it was too good its had a large portion of sides,. i relly enjoyed my dinner specially staff is very friendly . the give me my order little bit late but i know they were busy that time….but when i recieved my order i forget everything because it was very delicious, That is a good place for soul food i highly recommended this place

  First time here and not impressed and haven’t even ordered. But mom saw them on here and said let’s try. I walked in first with other women who told them about hour and half wait for food. Smh 🤦🏾‍♀️. Feels like it took 20 minutes to get drinks. Prices are way higher than Mz.Jades. And they are working online orders first before walk in customers. Why is tea higher than pop? And add flavors to the tea is extra. It’s a couple across from us and they said the food is good. But they are out of Mac and cheese and yams. It’s more people coming here to eat. Only one woman working the front. Mom had to get waitress attention twice so we can order. Godmother ask for appetizer and she can make that herself. I won’t be back trust that. I’m h and the floors are sticky and need deep cleaning. She just told the people waiting to order they are running out of food. SMH 🤦🏾‍♀️. Should prepare with that ad on Facebook. She brought out fried green tomatoes no plates. 😡😡😡. With plastic silverware. Fried green tomatoes according to mom all she taste is the sauce. No ketchup in the bottles. I love to try new places but this didn’t impress me. Go to my girl Mz.Jade’s SoulFood her food and prices are good. Your girl won’t be back. A total mess!! After mom told our waitress better to serve people here than online and door dash;they are giving us 50% off. Better give us something. And no paper towels in the bathroom. Beyond a mess. I been saying let’s go somewhere else. And waitress was telling owner all this. Food came hot and now we get 50% discount for waiting. And we ordered sweet tea. Why for refill they bring out pure tea bottle. Smh. Two people came in and sat and then left. A couple asked my opinion and I said follow me on all my socials I’m tear they asses up. Just my opinion and thoughts. But i WILL NEVER BE BACK!! We been here two hours and people who arrived later got their food faster. 😡😡😡. Even admitted they didn’t prep the food earlier.

  Ordered the chops with blackeye peas and green beans and everything was darn good.The chops was a nice size,however.....The sides,come on guys those sides are barely too size for a kid of 6 years old but for an adult hell naw.I know prices on everything is going up because a whole bunch of misinformed people thought a 6 time bankrupted individual with multiple failed businesses was a good choice to run things.Please increase the size of the sides.

  Food was not good at all, burnt. Had to ask for refill when our drinks were clearly empty then when we asked the server served everyone at the bar a round of drinks and cashed them out before bringing us drinks. Just over all rude!
