  Not the worst Taco Bell I’ve been too but they are always out of stuff. They are always out of different flavors or drinks, and other menu items. Every time I get potatoes they come rock hard and have been sitting out all day so I tell them and they have to make a fresh batch. But always rock hard the first time. Once waited 30+ minutes just to get my food I preordered on the app. Every time I go there I always see a few of the workers on their phones with their gloves on. One of them brushed his gloved hands through his hair once. Gross! Isn’t the worst Taco Bell but deffinetely could use some change in management or culture change cause they are always out of stuff or messing up food.

  There are no cashiers anymore. The touch screens did not have the luxe boxes available to order. We then had to wait for 5 minutes for the lady working the drive thru to come take our order. I ordered a cantina bowl and the picture was on display. What they handed me didn't look like the picture, I said the picture shows beans. The guy first argued with me that beans do not come in the cantina bowl to begin with. I pointed to the picture and said, that's what I ordered, that's what I want. Then the guy tried to tell me beans were in it it was just a small portion so I couldn't see it. So I made him get down and look with a fork there were no beans. Instead of making a spectacle, just fix the order please. I asked what their names were and no one would say. My receipt says Eric B, btw ... So instead I ask for the manager and a rude guy walks out andtakes a fork and digs thru my bowl to make sure there's no beans and then yelled loudly in my face, that's why I had them make you a side of beans . Then gave me a cup of wet runny mushy beans to dump in my bowl. Yuck. So turned off my dinner was ruined. I can't believe you're allowed to run a restaurant like this? Even the people who were already in there eating, when they were done, and walking out, looked at me and said, he did raise his voice at you. Mark this one off your list! So now I ban Taco Bell. Thanks unprofessional immature employees who do not care to learn the menu nor give quality customer service. I would like this to be reported to your GM. I've worked in hospitality, that is NOT it.

  Nacho bell grande with a few broken chips and cheese tasted burnt. Tried calling, it took several calls to get an answer. Didn't apologize, made excuses.

  This is a great Taco Bell restaurant! I stayed there for several hours preparing for an exam, and they were super accommodating. The food was great- precisely what I was hoping for!
