This Taco Bell could be better ran by pre schoolers. Rude staff, orders are never correct and Bellevues location is so much better. There is one manager named Shawn that works very seldomly, the only bright spot. Change the syrup for baja blast atleast once a month please.
Horrible service, gave me a 1/3 filled quesadilla, WAITED 15 MINUTES for said quesadilla. I had to go back to the drive thru and REMIND HER TO GIVE ME THE FOOD I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR. I just wanted my post concert taco bell

Very poor experience!
1st. You’re not permitted to use the restroom until after you have placed your order.
2nd. They won’t take your order. You’re required to input your order into a computer screen, which not only takes more time, but is confusing to seniors and others unaccustomed to the system and screens. Takes so much more time this way when a cashier could so easily take your order and address any questions. But if you pay cash, then you are permitted to present your cash to a cashier who wouldn’t take your order to begin with, but will make change.
3rd. No receipt comes out to confirm what’s been ordered.
4th. Had to ask twice to have them enter a code to get into the rest room, again, only after your order has been placed.
5th. Was told I could only order a medium drink, as they had no large cups.
6th. Asked for three packets of mild taco sauce. Told all they had was the Diablo / extra hot sauce.
No wonder Tacco Bell is struggling to maintain a loyal following!
I placed my order via drive thru around 11pm on Monday, May 4. After paying for my food I was told to reverse in the drive thru behind a yellow pole with no explanation.
After several minutes, I was then waved forward by a different employee who handed me my food. I asked why I had been told to reverse in hr drive thru behind the yellow pole just to later be told to pull back up and I was told by the employee it was to stop the timer.
I did not appreciate that and don't think that's how drive thru should be managed.

The staff are nice enough and the food is what I expect, but this has to be the worst beverage fountain I've ever encountered. I go to this Taco Bell maybe four times a year for the past four years I've been living in the neighborhood and it is always a disappointment. Just now, I hit the button for strawberry lemonade, which is usually a pink color, and it came out yellow and tasted like watered down lemonade. I poured that out and tried for Starry, but it tasted flat. I then gave up and just got water.
Management desperately needs to fix and/or maintain the beverage fountain in the lobby.
