  My husband went down to get my son some tacos and when he got to the drive thru the man told him they aren’t taking orders and that if he wanted to order he would have to do it on the app or DoorDash. I find it very wrong that he can sit there and order online and the guy would make his food but they could not take his order just the same! My son was upset and the customer service was no where to be found. I will not be back!

  sat in the drive thru for 7-10 mins no response so i went inside to pickup my order and the doors were locked, i had to cancel my order through the app. 4 cars came after me and were not able to order/pickup either.

  I think this is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to and that’s saying something. The employees are rude and act annoyed that you are ordering food at a literal restaurant. If you go through the drive through they make you pull around to a parking space and wait at least 20-30 mins for your food. You probably won’t get all of your items. The food is probably going to be cold or barely warm. The chips taste like gross old oil and the fries are rock hard. I’ve given it multiple tries and it’s horrible EVERY time. Just because it’s fast food doesn’t excuse how horrible this place is.

  Good was great! So was the girl that made it and handed it to us it was just slow to get. Overall it was clean just the floors were sticky
